Guardian Group was among the very few Indian Companies to develop Thermo Mechanically treated bars (TMT) using the latest technology from THERMEX Germany. The Re-bars are produced in state of the art plant under the supervision of highly qualified engineers and metallurgist. The steel is made in an Induction Fumace with a refining and Billet Casting route and is rolled in a fully automatic Mill.

Higher Bond Strength
We use the automated Groove cutting Machine for the design, resulting in Uniform ribs on reinforcement bor. Hence the Bond Strength of TMT bars and Concrete is achieved more effectively.
Lesser Steel Usage
Guardian TMT re-bars are higher in strength and elongation, thus resulting in an economical steel consumption.
Super Weldability and Bendability
We have adopted a Hot Charge System to Manufacture TMT Re-bars, Thermex (R) Technology; the core result being that Guardian TMT bars have Superior Weld ability and Excellent Bend ability.
Closely Monitored Dimensional Tolerances
We closely monitor Sectional weight and Dimensions and keep the sectional weight within tolerance on the negative side on a weighted average basis, as per the BIS standards. This ensures an extra length during uses that result in less consumption of re-bars.
